Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tilt Wall Superintendent to oversee all field operations for tilt wall construction projects in the Houston area. This individual will be responsible for managing schedules, subcontractors, safety compliance, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in tilt wall and concrete construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations for tilt wall construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on plans and specifications
• Lead jobsite safety meetings and enforce compliance with all safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Schedule and supervise subcontractors and in-house labor to ensure productivity and quality
• Oversee concrete pours, panel erection, and related tilt-up construction activities
• Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and as-built records
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget and scope
• Proactively resolve field issues and maintain open communication with all stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in tilt wall or concrete construction
• Proven track record of managing ground-up commercial projects involving tilt wall construction
• In-depth knowledge of structural concrete, formwork, rebar, and erection sequencing
• Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and industry best practices
• OSHA 30 Certification required
• Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
